DENVER (KDVR) — Even though the Denver Broncos didn’t make it to the playoffs during the 2023 season, that didn’t stop Coloradans, local celebrities and many former Broncos players from hitting the Las Vegas Strip and attending Super Bowl LVIII.
Here are some local celebrities that participated in the Super Bowl festivities.
Russell Wilson and Ciara
Despite Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson’s less-than-impressive season, he was captured watching the game in the stands with his wife, Ciara. Wilson is spotted sitting just above Justin and Hailey Bieber.
Former Denver Broncos player and general manager, John Elway, was also seen at the game and even on the field. Elway handed the Kansas City Chiefs their fourth Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Although, that didn’t sit well with some people on X.
The University of Colorado Buffaloes were represented at Super Bowl LVIII. While Deion Sanders wasn’t shown at the game, he made an appearance at the NFL Honors on Feb. 8 with his family.
Former Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning was part of the many festivities, including the Pro Bowl in Orlando, Florida that took place the Sunday before the big game. While Manning wasn’t pictured at the game, you might’ve seen him in a Bud Light Super Bowl commercial.
Manning was also seen in Las Vegas before the game with Deion Sanders.
Olympic champion Lindsey Vonn also attended the Super Bowl. While Vonn isn’t from Colorado, she moved to Vail at an early age to continue her training.
